Eating For A Healthy Heart
In our busy lives working and running businesses one organ that suffers the most is our heart. Stress, unhealthy diets, late night and rushed eating puts a large amount of strain on the heart.
After being a life long meat eater despite not really liking meat much, I converted to a whole food plant based diet. This is very different to vegetarian and vegan diets. Clean is key

There are situations where our bodies work better with adding some clean organic meat and fish bought locally. The Paleo Diet is also a very good diet, I would just add more veg and reduce the amount of meat. What personally works for me is eating meat or fish once a week on a Sunday. With all of the pesticides, hormones and chemicals that have been added to our food over decades, the key to your diet is eating clean.
Diet is for life
The word diet has been so overused in the last decade with a new diet being advocated every day. The thing to remember is that your diet needs to be a healthy way of eating for the rest of your life and not something that is done over a short term. These "diet's are not sustainable and will only cause your weight to yoyo. In order to achieve the ideal weight for you, you need to find you bodies sweet spots and what works for you as long as it is clean and preferably local. #cleaneating #eatlocal #wfpb
